Amber
Amber is great for the times when you want to focus on health and healing. While it’s not technically a gemstone, it is often used similarly to natural crystals and has similar energetic and healing properties. It has been used for many centuries as a remedy for all sorts of ailments, including headaches, sore throats, and more. Energetically, amber can be used to clear all of the chakras in the body and to create a shield of protection to absorb and transmute negative energies.
Citrine
So cheery, this certainly aids cheerfulness but also keeps up the energy levels and counteracts fatigue. It is another tool in your armoury against hot flashes and works well with hematite during the day.
Moonstone
Moonstone works with the moon and helps to stabilise female hormones.
Lepidolite
This is my go-to stone for depression and anxiety so if low mood or mood swings accompany your symptoms keep it with you at all times, especially during sleep. It’s not an instant fix, but fairly quickly brings you back up and holds you steady.
Amethyst
Absolutely keep an amethyst under your pillow to help sleep patterns, and keep one with you at all times to help sharpen your memory and concentration.
Chrysocolla
This is said to help restless legs and I have personally found that to be true. Works best when around you all the time, day and night. It also helps emotionally with the idea of menopause helping us to embrace and forgive. And, it helps clear communication.
Hematite
Hematite is supremely grounding and brings a more steady feeling. It is fabulous for regulating temperature and circulation. Cooling for night sweats and daytime hot flushes, hold it or place on the wrist at the pulse point.
